How does it work?
Sending a campaign
After setting up a template that follows your corporate branding, sending out a newsletter is a as easy as this;
- You email us the text for the newsletter in Word format or in an email
- We build your newsletter then send you a test email for your approval
- When we receive your approval your email newsletter is sent out
A week later we send you a report on the mailout. We can generate reports for specific campaigns whenever you like, however, we find that after a week an email newsletter has lived out it's 'lifespan'.
Collecting email addresses and managing the list
We provide you with the code to add a box to your website for collecting email addresses, or if you don't have a website we will build a page on our own site for your 'collection box'. You can also send us lists of email addresses.* Every newsletter email we send gives the recipient the opportunity to unsubscribe. We can manually unsubscribe anyone that contacts your office and asks to be removed from your list.
How much does it cost?
After a small setup charge newsletter services are charged for on a monthly basis. The cost of our email newsletter services is based on the number of recipients you have on your mailing list. Prices start at £50 per month.To discuss our newsletter management services please get in touch
