How remote control works...
  1. Problem is reported via phone, email or Skype
  2. User is asked to visit webcaretakers.com and enter a six digit code provided by our technician
  3. User clicks a button to confirm consent for us to control their computer
  4. Our technician can now see the screen of the computer, and can quickly solve the problem by using the keyboard and mouse as if they were in front of the PC
  5. Control is returned to the user, and our technician no longer has access to the computer in question.
That standard price for remote control support is £25.00 per head, for bulk discounts please get in touch so that we can full discuss your needs. We also offer on-site support for the rare occasions that we can't fix the problem using remote control.
